Workout of the Day
WODs are constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. The CrossFit classes focus on the Workout of the Day (WOD) as posted on the blog of the website. The WODs are scaled and modified to each athlete’s level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique.

All Pro Endurance Workouts-Powered by EPC Multisport
These workouts are led by USA Triathlon coaches Cody and Kathy Waite. Each class will focus on technique and drills to address issues in form, followed by run or indoor bike sessions designed to build both aerobic and anaerobic work capacity. All Pro Endurance training sessions are included with all memberships, and will count towards a member’s weekly class allowance based on monthly membership option.
- Run Workout Equipment: Running shoes, Indoor/outdoor running clothes, HR monitor (recommended), GPS (recommended)
- Bike Workout Equipment: Stationary trainer, Bike (road or mountain), Indoor cycling gear, HR monitor/GPS/Power-meter (recommended)
